Resumo

In nature a huge number of factors levels combinations make no two identical vegetation, despite the detail level it is seen. In a detailed scale of constructed experimental wetlands the known, or suspected, contributing factors may be studied and partially controlled. The hydroperiod is known as the very primary factor of wetlands existence, controlling these ecosystems primarily affecting vegetation succession patterns (Wilcox, 1995; Woltemade, 1997). Other factors such as substratum fertility, propagules pool and opportunity for individual species migration to a considered area also may define the timely changing in wetland vegetation composition. This work evaluates the established succession on initially planted monospecif stands of aquatic emergent macrophytes under defined water regime.
