Resumo

Proposta: A maioria dos municípios pequenos convive com a problemática dos resíduos da construção civil. Os impactos no meio urbano são visíveis e os prejuízos, embora muitas vezes não quantificados, são significativos, tanto para a administração pública quanto para a população. O Conselho Nacional do Meio Ambiente, através da resolução n° 307 fixou prazos para as administrações municipais elaborarem e implantarem planos de gestão dos resíduos da construção e demolição, o que tem motivado os agentes envolvidos a buscarem soluções. Estudando o caso da cidade de Ituiutaba, em Minas Gerais, detectou-se que a prefeitura local emprega algumas ações corretivas em face à conjuntura dos RCD na área urbana. Objetivo: Apresentar as principais conclusões a respeito do emprego de ações corretivas com a finalidade de resolver a questão dos RCD na área urbana da cidade de Ituiutaba. Método: Identificação e mapeamento dos locais de deposição de RCD, seus impactos, a dinâmica dos descartes; Identificação das medidas implantadas pela prefeitura municipal visando solucionar o problema. Resultado: Análise temporal do alcance das ações corretivas implantadas pela prefeitura municipal, quanto a se constituir uma solução para a questão dos RCD na área urbana. Contribuição: Propõe-se avaliar as ações corretivas enquanto uma solução para os problemas dos RCD e sugerir ações cabíveis para a administração pública municipal enfrentar a questão.

Abstract

Proposal: The cities of small transport coexist the problematic one of the residues of the civil construction, but in the majority of the small cities the magnitude of the problems is not known well. The impacts in the urban way are visible and the damages, even so many times not quantified, are significant, as much for the public administration how much for the population. The National Advice of the Environment, through the resolution n° 307 fixed stated periods them municipal administrations to elaborate and to implant plans of management of the residues of the construction and demolition, what he has motivated the involved agents to search solutions. Studying the case of the city of Ituiutaba, in Minas Gerais, he detected himself that the local city hall uses some corrective actions in face to the conjuncture of the RCD in the urban area. Findings: To present the main conclusions to the respect of the job of corrective actions with the purpose to decide the question of the RCD in the urban area of the city of Ituiutaba. Method: Identification and mapping of the places of RCD deposition, its impacts, the dynamics of the discardings; Identification of the measures implanted for the municipal city hall aiming at to solve the problem. Result: Secular analysis do reach das corrective actions implanted pela municipal city hall, how much if to constitute a solution for question dos RCD na urban area. Originality/value: It is considered to evaluate the corrective actions while a solution for the problems of the RCD and to suggest cabíveis actions for the administration publishes municipal theatre to face the question.
