Abstract

High building, because of a problem of differential slump or a problem of rupture in part of its structure, either on a pillar or a beam, presents a pathology with high level ofcomplexity for its solution. This pathology may give evidence of high discrepancy in levels and plumbs in its structure. The present work shows in a detailed way, based on the results of procedures adopted and performed by the author, a technological mechanism for the recovering of level and plumb of structures of reinforced concrete in high buildings. In a synthetic way, these are the main phases of the affected system analysis in this mechanism of recovering: Geotecnhical analysis of the soil – indicating the present conditions of the soil where the building is being executed; Analysis of the infrastructure – indicating the present conditions of the foundation with predictions of how the new acting charges in the foundation; Analisys of the suprastructure - indicating the present conditions of the structure with predictions of how the new acting charges; Analysis of the charges - indicating the floating of the charges during the static state at the time of the execution of the building, at the time of its motioning and also of the possible return of the structure to its relevel and its replumb; Analysis of the static conditions - analyzing the tension state on the structural parts; Analysis of the dynamic conditions - analyzing the tension state of the structural parts through computerized simulations and taking into consideration the actual coefficient of safety available in the whole; Analysis of the central nucleus of inertia [10],[11] – analyzing the conduct of the concrete structure in a static and dynamic way, indicating the type of equilibrium in which it is found in each phase of the recovering process. Having studied the structure of the building statically and dynamically through the appropriate mechanical equipment, placed on the pillars of the ground floor or on the basement of the building. With such pillars cut and properly anchored in this equipment, the process of returning to the relevel and replumb of the building is done, with vertical dislocation of return, equal to the ones simulated by computer, within the acceptable coefficient of safety.
